Returns and Refunds

  • 30-Day Return Window: You can return your item for a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order. To return your order, please contact us at hello@ameajewelry.com
  • Condition of Returns: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It should be unused and in its original packaging.
  • Return Shipping: Please note that while we are happy to refund the full cost of the item, we do not cover the cost of return shipping. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item.
  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
  • Exchanges: In the case of defective or damaged products, we're more than happy to exchange it for the same item. Please contact us, within 7 days of receiving, for further instructions.
  • Cancellations: All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 6 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.
  • Contact Us: If you have any questions about our return policy or need help with a return, please don't hesitate to contact us

Refund Policy

We will refund your order to the original payment method once it has been processed at the warehouse.

  • Please be aware this can take 3-8 days after the order arrives. You will be notified once a refund has been made.
  • We are unable to refund purchases to a different payment method than the one used to purchase the items.

Faulty items / Broken piece

In the event you have received a faulty item, please contact hello@ameajewelry.com within 7 days of receiving. Please include the following information:

  • Your order number
  • Which item is damaged
  • A description of the problem
  • Photographic evidence

BUILD YOUR BOX – REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY.

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase of the jewelry box, don’t worry we have a number available for you.

Exchanges: Should you want to make an exchange for a different size or item, we will be more than happy to do this for you. Please return the unwanted item in its original condition & contact our customer service team with your order number and which item you would like to exchange for. Keep in mind that we do not cover the return shipping costs. Once we have received the return, we will send out your exchange.

Refunds: We can only process a refund if the whole jewelry box is returned with all items in their original condition. Unfortunately, if the order is only part returned, we will be unable to process any refunds.

BUY 2 GET 1 FREE & PART RETURNS:

Should a purchase be made with the buy 2 get 2 free or buy 1 get 1 free promotion and you wish to only return part of the order please note any refunds will be calculated in line with the promotion.

  • A partial refund will be given if only a part of the order is returned.
  • A full refund will be given if all the items are returned in the correction condition.

The return address will be shared by email only.
